Customer service is key to any business. If you’re customers aren’t happy with the service you provide them, they probably won’t be repeat customers. One important customer service commandment to remember is know who is boss. Your job is to service customer needs, and you can only do that if you know what your customers want. Never forget that customers actually pay your salary and make your job possible. Another thing to remember is to always appreciate the power of “Yes.” Always look for ways to help customers.
