The Thrive Global community was asked to share the songs that help them slow down and fall asleep easier, and the following are some of their best suggestions. “Green Arrow” by Yo La Tengo was suggested by author Emily Esfahani Smith. Smith says that peaceful song helps her relax and ease into sleep, especially when her mind is racing before bed. “Banana Pancakes” by Jack Johnson was offered up by content marketer Melissa Muncy. She says this song has the power to let her fully wind down, get comfortable, and feel lazy in bed at night. One other song suggested was “The Scientist” by Coldplay.
