Men are more likely to do it than women, and couples are more likely to sleep naked than those that are single. While those stats are interesting, there are some benefits to not throwing on a shirt and some shorts before bed. Naked sleepers, on average, have twice as much sex per month than people who sleep clothed.
On top of that, 79% of nude sleepers reported sleeping well compared to only 60% of clothed sleepers. So, based on studies, sleeping naked can cause you to have more sex and sleep better in general.
