We all know Harvard is one of the best colleges in the world. But did you know they are now offering a sleep class? Harvard Professor Dr. Charles Czeisler recently unveiled a new online class for incoming freshmen that discusses the benefits of sleep and ways to get better sleep.
The class was such a success, it will soon be offered to upperclassmen. If a quality institution such as Harvard takes sleep so serious that they offer a class for it, that may be a sign that we should take it just as seriously and focus more on how much sleep we’re getting.
