Sleep that Impacts Sex


In the United States, there is one factor that is the most common cause of sexual distress: fatigue. Fatigue is an intriguing issue that affects thousands of people across the country, and its cause is due to a number of different factors.

Medical, psychosocial, and environmental conditions can all cause someone to have fatigue, but the most common reason is sleep debt. It only makes sense that not getting enough sleep is the top reason one would experience fatigue.
