This means it will provide a seamless shopping experience for consumers whether they are buying online or in-store. However, it won’t be called omnichannel then. It will just be called retail. Advancements in technology will allow retail mattress stores to offer customized sleep products as well as a highly personalized shopping experience. Payments will most likely be made using mobile wallets and product shipments will be fast and free.
