Your Pillow Is Making You Lose Sleep


How much thought have you given toward the fact that your pillow may be at fault for you losing sleep? We usually know when it’s time to get a new mattress, but do we ever consider getting a new pillow along with it? According to research conducted by the Better Sleep Council, only one in three people who bought a mattress in the past five years also purchased pillows.

As for the other two-thirds, they’re still using lumpy, poor-quality pillows because that’s what they’re used to. Better Sleep Council research suggests that we should purchase a new pillow every 2.8 years. Sleep product manufacturers are using their best materials and product engineering to develop pillows that prop up the head and neck, so it’s time we start taking advantage of that.
