Sleep Better with Bedtime Yoga


There are five yoga poses that can benefit your sleep, and they can be done on the floor or the bed.

The first pose is the Cat Pose. This involves being on your hands and knees with your back arched and your chin to your chest.

The second is the Butterfly Pose. This involves sitting and gently bending forward at the hips.

The third pose is the Legs Up Pose. This involves being on your back and extending your legs in the air.

Child’s Pose is the fourth recommended for better sleep. It involves sitting on your shins and dropping your torso forward to your mattress.

The final pose is the Corpse Pose, and that involves being on your back with your arms out to your sides.
