Shleep’s creators believe the better a person understands that certain behaviors lead to disturbed sleep, the easier it is for those behaviors to change. Shleep asks each user a set of questions to determine age, lifestyle, habits, etc. Once the info is collected, the app builds a program to improve that person’s individual sleeping habits. It offers relaxation exercises, ideas for disconnecting from technology at times, and other suggestions.
