British fitness center David Lloyd Clubs is experimenting with a new session they call “Napercise.” The hour-long class includes stretches, gentle music, temperature control, and a 45-minute nap. The goal is to provide an invigorating, relaxing experience for the sleep-deprived, particularly parents. The fitness center is testing the session with free trials, with hopes to roll it out nationwide if successful. And the idea seems pretty popular, with over 100 people signing up for the first session. It appears parents are eager to find a place to take an uninterrupted catnap.
