Jonathan Rosenberg of Google keeps his phone out of the bedroom so he can avoid the temptation to check it when he should be sleeping, and to keep out the harmful light. When Google – a company that thrives on people’s internet usage – tells you to put the smartphone away and get some sleep, you should probably listen. On top of that, multiple studies back up his claims that leaving the phone out of the bedroom boosts sleep.
