Get Better Sleep Tonight

You know that not getting enough sleep can lead to things like heart disease and diabetes, so here are a few tips for increasing the quality of your sleep. First, reduce your screen time before bed, as the lights your device emits tell your brain it’s daytime. Take a steam shower or hot bath to relax your body and prepare it for sleep. Watch what you eat during the day and remove things like grains and sugars from your diet. Soak up as much natural sunlight as you can, to keep your circadian rhythm on track. Find your ideal bedroom temperature (typically around 68°-70°) to create the perfect sleep environment.
