Shower at Night to Help You Sleep

There have been numerous studies showing that a bath before bed can set you up for a good night’s sleep, but if you’re not a bath person, there’s good news – showering can do the trick. If you leave enough time (about an hour and a half) after your shower to cool off, a nighttime shower can help you fall asleep faster because your body will be in a cool, clean, sleep-ready state.
